Ai-Ai delas Alas revealed her early plans to procreate through in vitro fertilization (IVF) and her claimed infidelity at some time during their marriage after confirming her separation from estranged husband Gerald Sibayan.
Ai-Ai delas Alas’s statement regarding planning for IVF
In an interview with “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Monday, November 11, Ai-Ai delas Alas discussed their breakup and conjectured that her intention to use IVF to conceive would have contributed to their breakup.
She clarified that before to their marriage, Gerald was aware that she was infertile. She did her best, though. She tried IVF even though her eggs weren’t strong. They have three embryos already.
Ai-Ai delas Alas informed him that she would have the embryo in her body so that we might become parents when we eventually had the funds. It may have set him off. He didn’t want to become a parent unexpectedly. He simply kept it from me. However, he expressed his hurt to her.
The actress-comedian then broke down in tears as she talked about how Sibayan’s 2019 adultery caused her to have “trust issues.” She pointed out that the demise of their marriage was also influenced by their age gap.
Ai-Ai delas Alas wanted to express to her estranged husband that she hoped he would finally find the happiness he seeks and have the children he has always desired.
Ai-Ai delas Alas’s intention regarding separating from Sibayan
Ai-Ai delas Alas did not reveal their intentions to dissolve their marriage through the legal system during the conversation. However, before to their December 2017 wedding, they decided to establish a prenuptial agreement.
With Sibayan being 30 and the “Tanging Ina” singer turning 60 on November 11, the estranged couple is 30 years apart in age.
